Kristin-Leigh Brezinski (KL) has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Kristin-Leigh (KL) started their career at Gonzaga University, where they worked as a Student Researcher and served on the Editorial Board of the Gonzaga University Charter Publication.

Afterwards, they had internships at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineering Intern, where they gained experience in designing and implementing organizational systems. Kristin-Leigh (KL) then joined Symetra as a Claims Coordinator, where they analyzed annuity files and worked on legal transactions.

In 2020, KL joined AppsFlyer as the Head of Strategic Accounts, Customer Success for North America. Here, they focused on IC strategy work, mentorship, and leveling up support-oriented engagements to a more consultative approach.

In 2022, they transitioned to their current role at AppsFlyer as the Client Services Director, Scaling Customer Success Practices (North America). Kristin-Leigh (KL) launched a new CS team and methodologies to service less-resourced and newer-to-market customer teams at scale while maintaining a high bar for tailored consulting expertise and project deliverables.
