Ori Shoham

Ori Shoham has worked in the field of human resources for several years. Ori started their career at Amdocs in 2011, where they served as a Global compensation & benefits Senior Compensation Analyst, implementing compensation strategies and executing C&B processes. Ori also held the position of HR Infrastructure System and Business Analyst during this time. In 2019, Ori joined AppsFlyer as an HRIS and C&B Manager. Ori later transitioned to the role of People analytics & C&B, before becoming the C&B Analytics Team Lead in 2022.

Ori Shoham earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2010. Ori later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Ori Shoham also obtained certifications in Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy and People Analytics from LinkedIn in 2020.
