Tyler Pickler

Tyler Pickler has a wealth of work experience beginning with their role as an Equipment Maintenance Assistant at James Madison University in 2011. Tyler then moved to Mercy Medical Center in 2013 as an Epic Project Intern. In 2014, they held three different positions: Account Executive at memoryBlue, Sales Maven - Mid Market at TrackMaven, and Patient Access Specialist II: Cardiac Cath at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2018, they joined Mapbox as Head of Enterprise Sales - North America East and EMEA, where they managed 12 sellers across two enterprise teams carrying a 38.5M quota between Europe and NA East. In 2021, they revised the GTM to focus on key account growth and was responsible for 119% YoY revenue attainment, 65% ARR growth, an increase in avg committed customer spend of 60%, and an increase in the number of customers paying > $100,000 by 70%. Finally, in 2023, they joined Appsmith as Head of Sales, responsible for building, and scaling their sales programs.
