Anurag Malhotra

Anurag Malhotra is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Associate Director at Apptad Inc. since June 2024. Previously, Anurag held the role of Assistant Manager at Birlasoft, focusing on team management and L&D strategy implementation. Anurag also worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Learning Lead and at Gartner as Program Manager for L&D, managing new hire training initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an L&D Specialist at Tech Mahindra, where Anurag conducted training needs analysis for major clients, and as a Training Specialist at Haptik, responsible for assessing training requirements.
