Magdalena Weychan

Magdalena Weychan has worked in various roles throughout their career. Magdalena started as a Customer Service representative at MULTIKINO S.A. in September 2010 and was later promoted to Team Leader in December 2012. Magdalena then became a Group Reservations and Events Specialist in April 2014 before leaving the company in November 2015.

In 2016, Magdalena joined Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel as a Shift Manager, where they worked until September 2017. Magdalena then transitioned to Setapp, where they worked as an Administration Specialist from September 2017 to March 2019.

Following their time at Setapp, Magdalena briefly joined HR Meetup Poznań as a Member from February 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of People and Culture Specialist at Apptension, starting from June 2019.

Magdalena Weychan's education history begins with their earning a Licencjat (Lic.) in Sociology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2010 to 2013. Magdalena furthered their education by obtaining a Magister (Mgr) degree in Human Resources Management from Collegium Da Vinci from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Magdalena Weychan has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned a certification as a Personnel Administration and Payroll Specialist from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce. Oddział Wielkopolski w Poznaniu. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they have obtained certifications in areas such as Candidate Experience, Organizational Culture, Interviewing Techniques, Employee Experience, and Strategic Human Resources from various institutions including LinkedIn, TRAFFIT, and Recruitee.
