Michele Humanick

Michele Humanick has extensive experience in HR operations and management. Michele currently holds the position of Director, HR Operations at apree health, a role they started in August 2023. Prior to this, Michele worked as a Sr HR Ops Leader at apree health from September 2022 to August 2023. Michele also served as an HR Ops Leader at Castlight Health from March 2022 to September 2022. In addition, Michele has held leadership positions such as Director of Human Resources at United Urology Group from August 2020 to January 2022 and Director - College Relations at SHRM of Greater Phoenix from July 2020 to July 2021. Michele has also worked as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Stitch Fix from July 2019 to July 2020, an HR Consultant at The People Partner from 2018 to October 2019, and a Senior HR Manager at Stella & Dot Family of Brands from August 2013 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, Michele worked as an Employee Relations Consultant at McKesson from December 2011 to July 2013 and as an HR Business Partner at Coventry Health Care, an Aetna Company, from January 2007 to December 2011. Michele started their career as an HR Manager at Target in December 2005.

Michele Humanick holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University. Michele also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware. In 2006, Michele obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
