Rhonda Weeks, RN BSN, is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in hospice and outpatient care. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Apreva Hospice since May 2022, Rhonda previously held positions at Cabrillo Hospice as a Registered Nurse and at Radiant Hospice as a Case Management Nurse.
