Bintang Respati has a rich background in human resources and learning & development, with experience in various industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, and energy. They have held roles such as HR Manager, National Training Manager, and Learning & Development Superintendent. Currently, they are working as Lead Learning & Development at APRIL Learning Institute and as a Facilitator and Energy Officer at the Asian Leadership Centre. Their education includes degrees from STIE BISNIS INDONESIA and STIE ST Pignatelli Surakarta.
