Flavius Fariodi ST, MT is a seasoned maintenance professional with over a decade of experience in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as the Riaupaper Central Maintenance Head at APRIL since August 2020. Flavius's expertise spans hydraulic systems, lubrication, condition monitoring, and engineering projects, with a focus on optimizing asset management, implementing new technologies, and enhancing safety and efficiency. Previous roles at APRIL include various leadership positions in maintenance development, where responsibilities encompassed digitalization initiatives and reliability improvement strategies. Flavius also has experience as an executive assistant, providing critical support to key executives. Flavius holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
