Tamara Bauermann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tamara began their career as a Trainee Administrative Assistant at Automann from February 2005 to March 2008. Tamara then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Ágape from February 2010 to September 2013. Following this, Tamara joined Automann again as an Administrative Manager, where they were responsible for general coordination and supervision of the HR sector from October 2013 to October 2017.

In 2018, they became a Financial Advisor at Decisões e Soluções Portugal for a period of six months. Tamara then joined Katoen Natie in December 2021 as a Supply Chain Trainee, where they supported the Team Leader and their team and developed new leadership skills. Tamara was later promoted to the role of Team Leader Outbound from February 2022 to June 2022.

Currently, Tamara works at Apryse as a Finance Administrator since June 2022. Their main responsibilities include processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the Corporation's financial movement for multiple offices across different countries. Tamara works alongside the Senior Accountant and Financial Manager to ensure better financial results for the company.

Tamara Bauermann earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Unipar - Universidade Paranaense, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management, specializing in Monetary, Banking, and Financial Economics, at Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, from 2018 to 2021, Tamara attended Universidade do Minho, where they obtained a Master's degree in Monetary, Banking, and Financial Economics.
