Tara Pease

Tara Pease has a strong background in HR and people strategy. Tara currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture, North America at Apryse since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at strongDM as a Senior Manager, People Strategy from February 2023 to June 2023, and as a Manager, People Strategy from June 2022 to February 2023. Before that, Tara was an HR Manager - Consultant at Earable from January 2022 to June 2022. Tara also worked at Duda as a People Partner Manager US/LATAM from January 2021 to February 2022 and as a People Partner from April 2020 to January 2021. Tara's experience also includes working as an HR Leader at Path2Response LLC from October 2015 to April 2020. Tara started their career at Naartjie Kids Clothing where they held the roles of Retail Area Manager from December 2009 to December 2012 and Retail Store Manager | Area New Location Opener from January 2008 to December 2009, opening more than 15 new locations.

Tara Pease earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Columbia Basin College between the years 2002 and 2005.
