In 2010, they joined Eltek AS as the Marketing Director for North America, where they developed and implemented marketing plans to acquire new business and achieve growth in various segments. Jason also managed advertising, public relations, event management, and market research. Since 2014, Jason has been working as the Head of Marketing, USA at APsystems, where they are responsible for the company's marketing strategy, programs, events, and budget. Jason played a key role in the company's successful $2B IPO in 2022.
