Adam Pawlowski

Adam Pawlowski has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Adam currently serves as the Vice President Procurement EMEA at Aptar since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Revlon as the Vice President Global Procurement Packaging from March 2017 to October 2018. Adam also held various positions at Coty, including Global Third Party Procurement Director from June 2015 to February 2017 and European Purchasing Director Prestige from September 2012 to May 2015. Adam has also worked at Reckitt Benckiser as the External Manufacturing Purchasing Director Health & Personal Care from April 2011 to August 2012 and as the Western Purchasing & External Manufacturing Director Europe from June 2009 to March 2011. Adam's earlier roles include Indirect Materials Purchasing Director and Global Procurement Category Manager at Beiersdorf AG from June 2008 to May 2009 and October 2006 to July 2008, respectively. Adam also worked as the European Contract Manufacturing Purchasing Manager at Reckitt Benckiser from March 2004 to September 2006 and as a Sales (Project) Manager at Czewo GmbH from May 2003 to February 2004. Adam's career started at ColepCCL, where they served as the Logistics and Purchasing Manager from January 2001 to 2003.

Adam Pawlowski's education history includes completing the Strategy Implementation Program at INSEAD in 2023, the M&As and Corporate Strategy Programme at INSEAD in 2022, and a Finance, General program also at INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in IT Applications in Business at Politechnika Lodzka from 2001 to 2002. Adam earned their Master's Degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Lodz between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Management at Universidade de Aveiro from 1999 to 2000.
