Pierre-Yves Favennec

Pierre-Yves Favennec has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various roles and companies. Pierre-Yves'smost recent position was as the VP Global Operations at Aptar Pharma - Injectables since November 2019. Before that, they worked at DIANA as the COO - Global Operations Director for five years from September 2014 to November 2019.

Prior to DIANA, Pierre-Yves worked at Danone I Nutricia I Netherlands for several roles. From November 2011 to September 2014, they served as the Operations Performance Director (Global), focusing on quality, service, and technology changes. From January 2009 to November 2011, they were the Head of Manufacturing & Logistics - Evian, responsible for production and site logistics. Additionally, from September 2006 to January 2009, they held the position of Head of Engineering & Packaging Development - Evian, leading various engineering, packaging development, and plant projects.

Pierre-Yves began their career at Arcelor Mittal I Montataire in 1996, where they held different maintenance management roles. Pierre-Yves was the Senior Maintenance Manager for the Galvanisation Production Unit from January 2004 to September 2006, leading a task force for improving performance. From January 2002 to January 2004, they served as the Senior Maintenance Manager for the Roller Milling Production Unit, implementing a production and maintenance reorganization plan. Pierre-Yves also worked as the Maintenance Manager for the Coating Production Unit from February 1998 to January 2002 and as a Project Manager for the Galvanization Production Unit from September 1996 to February 1998.

Pierre-Yves Favennec earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, from 1993 to 1996. Pierre-Yves then pursued a Mastère en Management de la Maintenance from the same institution from 1996 to 1997.
