Nathan Armstrong has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and automotive industries. Nathan is the Founder and President of Armstrong Electric Vehicles Inc., a company focused on commercializing vehicle concepts and specializing in off-road motorcycles, camping solar trailers, and buggies. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Aptera Motors.

At Armstrong Custom Fabrication Inc., Nathan was the Owner and involved in building electric vehicle prototypes, parts, and short production runs. Nathan also had experience as the Owner and Inventor at Freespace Composites, where they worked on optimizing 3D printing using robotic arms and composite materials, receiving patents in both the US and Canada.

In their role as the Product Design Lead at Genesis Robotics, Nathan was part of the founding team responsible for designing and building robots to demonstrate the company's line of motors and gearboxes. Nathan also served as the VP of Engineering at Havelaar Motors Canada and Draganfly Innovations Inc.

Prior to their roles in the automotive industry, Nathan worked at PwC Canada as the SR&ED Sales and Relationships Manager, expanding the portfolio into the tech startup sector. Nathan also founded, directed, and held various roles at Motive Industries Inc., a complete vehicle development firm focused on advanced transportation technologies.

Nathan's work experience also includes co-founding Project Eve, a consortium aimed at creating a Canadian OEM virtual car company. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various notable projects, including the development of the Kestrel biocomposite car, Volvo factory S60 racecar, Nissan Ellure concept interior, and Aptera Typ-1 and 2e production body and interior.

Nathan Armstrong began their education in 1993 by enrolling at Orange Coast College. Nathan studied Drafting and Design Technology for a period of two years, completing their education at this institution in 1995. During the same time period, they also attended Golden West College, where they undertook CAD Training. However, no specific degree was mentioned for either institution.
