Matt R.

Matt R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Matt started their career as a Principal at MRU Consulting, where they provided consulting services to software product startups and companies. Matt then worked as the Director of Development at Toura, a SaaS company, where they managed technology and product development for cross-platform mobile apps. Matt also served as the CTO at Funding Gates, a SaaS platform, where they built an engineering group and delivered the product from concept to its first paying customer. Matt later joined SinglePlatform as the Director of Product Development, leading process improvements and mentoring a 30-member product team. Matt also founded ReactiveOps, a Kubernetes consulting and DevOps-as-a-Service company, and Rails Machine, where they served as the Founder & CEO and CTO, respectively. In their most recent role at Source Digital, Matt acted as the VP of Data and Analytics, defining the company's data product roadmap and architecting a new Data Platform on GCP. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Aptible. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving growth and innovation in tech companies.

Matt R. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Miami University in 2004. Matt then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Miami University in 2008.
