Beth Sokoloff-Engerson

Beth Sokoloff-Engerson, MA, CRC, LMHC has been working in the field of behavioral health since 2012. Beth began their career as a Mental Health Clinician at Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY). In 2012, they also began working as a Mental Health Clinician at Corizon Health, where they gained experience working with those who are currently incarcerated on developing goals to improving mental health. In 2016, they began working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Vocational Manager at Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Additionally, they became one of only 8 Certified Lipsologists in the world and started their own business, Kiss-Marks, as a Certified Lipsologist/Owner. In 2018, they began working as a Case Manager/Vocational Specialist at The Jewish Board, where they collaborated with other members of the Shelter ACT Team and assisted clients with mental health issues to achieve their goals in the area of living, working, education or social improvement. In 2019, they began working as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor at ResCare Workforce Services. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Therapist/Behavioral Health Specialist at aptihealth.

Beth Sokoloff-Engerson, MA, CRC, LMHC, has an education history that includes a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from New York University, obtained between 1993 and 1996. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Crisis Communication, Managing Stress for Positive Change, Effective Listening, Enhancing Resilience, Critical Thinking, and Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
