Jon Phelps

Jon Phelps has over a decade of work experience in the energy efficiency industry. Jon'smost recent position was as a Project Director at APTIM, where they worked on various aspects of energy efficiency programs for electricity utilities. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at CLEAResult, where they managed utility agreements and supervised a team to achieve energy reduction goals. Jon also has experience as a Co-Founder of Energy & Carbon Management, LLC, where they helped companies and utilities manage energy efficiency programs and measure carbon savings. Additionally, Jon has worked as a Manager at National Energy Resources, L.L.C. and held multiple roles at LACAP, including Interim Executive Director and Energy Director.

Jon Phelps has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Administration from Oklahoma State University. Jon also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management from Louisiana State University.
