Carlos Fuentes Ortega is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chapter Lead Data Engineering at Aptitude Global since February 2023, Carlos previously held the position of Senior Data Engineer at COSENTINO and Data Engineer Leader at Orange, focusing on impactful projects in data management. Previous roles include Big Data Architect at Pragsis Bidoop, Business Intelligence Consultant at everis, and founder of INFIS, where innovative methodologies and Big Data techniques were applied across various sectors. Carlos began the career journey as an Android/iOS developer and holds a technical engineering degree from Universidad de Murcia, alongside certifications in CCNA and Big Data training.
