Hande Gungor is a seasoned professional in executive recruitment, currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Search at Aptiv. Previously, Hande held significant roles at Amazon, including Head of Executive Recruitment EMEA for AWS and Principal in Executive Recruitment EMEA. Hande's consulting experience includes a tenure at Spencer Stuart, and prior positions at Heidrick & Struggles as Principal and Associate Principal. Hande completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and earned an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University.
