Lauren Todacheenie

Lauren Todacheenie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lauren started their career at Brigham Young University as an Event Coordinator, where they successfully organized and executed large-scale events. Lauren then transitioned to the role of Adjunct Instructor, where they taught Writing and Rhetoric courses and effectively managed student progress. Lauren then joined Vivint Smart Home as a Training Content Specialist, responsible for creating and maintaining training content for the Direct-to-Home sales channel. In 2019, they joined Aptive Environmental as a Learning and Development Specialist, before being promoted to Manager and eventually Director of Learning and Development. Lauren'srole at Aptive involved designing and implementing learning programs to support employee growth and development. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Lauren Todacheenie completed their education at Brigham Young University. From 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Following this, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing from 2013 to 2015 at the same university. In addition to their formal education, Lauren obtained certifications in Instructional Design: Adult Learners and Instructional Design: Needs Analysis from LinkedIn in October 2019.
