Ari Friedman has over 13 years of experience managing complex federal projects, with in-depth policy research and programmatic assessment knowledge and the ability to shape and direct the implementation of project activities across a national organization. A proven expert in building and organizing project teams within high-pressure environments, Mr. Friedman brings expertise in measuring outcomes, process improvement, research project management, conducting interviews, data management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, executive briefing and reporting development, legal analysis, and technical writing.
Mr. Friedman leads a team of more than 45 management consulting professionals within Aptive’s Health Services Group providing program management, integration, assessment, and implementation support for Veterans Health Administration (VHA) initiatives such as policy transformation, Congressionally mandated reports, electronic health record modernization, MISSION Act implementation, COVID-19 response, and VHA modernization, in addition to supporting emerging and urgent priorities.
