Bryce B.

Bryce B. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bryce began their career as the Director of Phone Room Operations at BRG Research Services from 1999 to 2005. Bryce then worked as an Associate Project Manager at Ancestry.com from 2005 to 2006 before becoming a Principal at Amicus Homes from 2006 to 2008.

Bryce joined Ancestry.com again in 2008 as the Senior Operations Manager for the ProGenealogists Division, overseeing daily operations and leading teams in various departments. In 2012, they transitioned to the nonprofit sector and worked as the Senior Director of Insights at Children's Miracle Network, where they provided valuable insights and collaborated with corporate partners to maximize fundraising potential.

In 2016, Bryce joined Vivint Solar as the Director of Customer Experience, managing multiple departments and implementing customer satisfaction programs. Bryce was later promoted to the Senior Director of Operational Strategy, where they oversaw operational improvements and led a culture shift within the organization.

In 2020, Bryce joined Sunrun as the Senior Director of CX Strategy, focusing on customer experience, operational strategies, and business analytics. Bryce established customer satisfaction and net promoter score programs and built a business intelligence group.

Most recently, Bryce joined Qcells USA Corp. in 2021 as the Vice President and Head of Fulfillment, where they established a new division for residential solar customers and implemented new operational processes to increase customer operations output. Bryce also initiated a national support team for solar operations and customer support.

In 2022, Bryce joined Aptive Solar as the Chief Operating Officer, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Bryce B. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Utah Valley University. Bryce also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Westminster College.
