Tim Walter has focused for years on bridging the gap between data and business operations. He specializes in driving systems and processes to achieve real business results in alignment with strategic priorities. He has helped companies including Coca-cola, AT&T, and HCA Healthcare to work through critical business and operational problems from building PMO organizations, to managing high-tempo “tiger teams,” to re-thinking strategic value and operational success factors.

Tim is a commercial pilot and holds FAA 107 certification with an eye towards future developments in aviation technologies.
