Matthew Sherman

Matthew Sherman, MS, MPA, PMP, SA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew currently holds the position of Program Manager at A P Ventures, LLC (APV), a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Deputy Program Director at ManTech from March 2021 to May 2023. Matthew also held the position of Deputy Director - PMO at ManTech from October 2019 to March 2021. Before joining ManTech, Matthew worked as a Project Management Consultant at Vision Technology Services from November 2017 to April 2019. Matthew has also worked at A P Ventures, LLC (APV) as a Program Manager - Healthcare IT from May 2017 to November 2017. Matthew's previous experiences include roles such as Director and Senior Project Manager at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc. from December 2014 to March 2017 and August 2012 to December 2014 respectively. Matthew also served as the Deputy Program Manager at Maricom Systems from June 2008 to August 2012. From July 2002 to June 2008, Matthew worked at Labat-Anderson Incorporated as the Deputy Division Director and also served as a Project Manager from December 2001 to July 2002. Matthew began their career at American Institutes for Research as an Operations Manager from April 2000 to August 2001. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Operations Manager at Life Underwriters Training Council from March 1999 to April 2000. Matthew's extensive experience in program management and delivery positions him as a highly skilled professional in the field.

Matthew Sherman, MS, MPA, PMP, SA has a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology and Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore from 1992 to 1994.

Furthermore, Matthew Sherman holds several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
