Rodrigo Gantschef Kopruszinski

Rodrigo Gantschef Kopruszinski has held a variety of roles in different companies since 2008. Their first role was a Summer Intern at Gauden Bier in 2008. In 2009, they were an Intern at Circuibras - Circuitos Impressos Profissionais, where they were responsible for environmental management of the factory, including efficiency analysis, wastewater optimization and waste management. In 2010, they were an Intern at ExxonMobil. In 2011, they were the Local Chapter President - Volunteer at AIESEC em Curitiba, where they created strategies to engage the LC on delivering their plan with quality and growth. In 2012, they held two roles: National Operations Director at AIESEC no Brasil and Discover China Project Manager at AIESEC Mailand of China. Since 2013, they have been an Account Manager at Novozymes, and in 2020 they became the Business Development Leader at Aqdot Limited.

Rodrigo Gantschef Kopruszinski obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2006 and 2011. Rodrigo then went on to earn an MBA in Project Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 2016 and 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Textile Fundamentals certification from North Carolina State University in February. Additionally, they hold an edX Verified Certificate for Industrial Biotechnology from edX.
