Jeffrey Cao

Jeffrey Cao has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeffrey worked at AQR Capital Management as a Business Development Summer Analyst in 2022. Prior to this, they were a Software & Risk Management Intern at CME Group from July 2021 to December 2021. In 2020, Jeffrey worked as a Quantitative Trading Intern at Finalyze Capital LLC, where they researched and coded systematic trading strategies for futures markets using Python libraries. In 2018, they co-founded Shangjing Technologies, Inc., a Beijing-based B2B O2O photography-sharing startup, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). During this time, they led teams in design, product deployment, and user testing, managing both the product design and engineering teams for the production of the mobile app. In the same year, Jeffrey also worked as an AI Researcher and iOS Developer at Miracle Day, where they conducted AI research and developed an iOS fintech application using natural language processing neural networks.
