At Goldman Sachs, they served as a Vice President, leading application development in the productivity and telephony space. Kapil also architected and developed a recommendation system based on user behavior for app services. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Analyst Developer, building productivity apps in the collaboration space and designing and developing info boundary products and applications for enterprise email communication using technologies such as C#, Asp. net, Angular, and Web-API.

Kapil's earlier work experience includes roles at EMC Data Storage Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd as a Practice Consultant (Microsoft Technologies) from May 2008 to December 2010, at Infosys as a Software Engineer from December 2005 to May 2008, and at Tata Motors as an Engineer from July 2004 to December 2005.

Kapil Garg completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in the years 2000 to 2004.
