Mark McKoy

Mark McKoy has a diverse work experience in the water utilities industry, with a focus on operations, customer service, revenue management, and finance. Mark most recently served as the Vice President Operations at Aqua since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of VP & General Manager at SUEZ in North America, where they were responsible for the company's North Jersey regulated operations. Mark also worked as a Senior Director at SUEZ, overseeing customer service operations and managing a team of 100+ employees. Additionally, Mark served as the Director of Internal Audit and Director of Revenue Integrity at SUEZ, where they implemented process improvements and developed policies and procedures.
