Keiran Terry has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Keiran is currently the Senior Director of Operations at Aqua Restaurant Group, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Partner at Mead Operational Management Ltd. from May 2021 to October 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they held various positions at M. H. Alshaya Co., including Business Director for Bouchon Bakery, Dean & Deluca, and Princi, and Business Manager for Bouchon Bakery. Before that, they worked at Orange Hospitality Limited as Project and Business Development for UK & Europe from 2014 to 2016, and as Operations Director in London from 2013 to 2014. Keiran also gained experience at Caprice Holdings Ltd. as Operations Director from 2010 to 2013, and as General Manager at The Club at The Ivy from 2007 to 2010. Keiran began their career at Ignite Group of Brands as General Manager of Cocoon Restaurant from 2005 to 2007, and at Caprice Holdings Ltd. as General Manager of Daphne's Restaurant from 2002 to 2005, and as Head Waiter at Le Caprice from 1998 to 2002.

Keiran Terry attended Cape Town High School from 1983 to 1987 where they received their Matriculation certificate with a focus on English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Biology, Accounting, and Art. Later, in 1988-1989, they pursued Cost and Management Accounting at the University of Cape Town where their coursework included Cost Accounting, Economics, Computer Data Processing, and Business Law.
