Matthew Kennedy

Matthew Kennedy is an experienced Senior Development Manager at Aqualand Australia since October 2021, previously holding the title of Development Manager. Prior to this, Matthew served as Development Manager at Lendlease from April 2016 to October 2021, where involvement in the award-winning Darling Square project included the delivery of a high-rise residential development featuring 577 apartments across three towers. Earlier roles included Development Manager at Diploma Group and Assistant Development Manager and Project Manager at Expat Group. Matthew holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Property from the University of Newcastle, and a Bachelor of Science in Soil and Land Systems from the University of Adelaide.
