Orly Hindi began their work experience in 2007 as the Chief Compliance Officer and Investor Relations at Aquamarine Capital Management, LLC. Orly later joined YPO in 2011 as the Chapter Administrator for the Greater MENA Chapter, where they provided professional support to the chapter executive committee and acted as a liaison between the local chapter and the global organization. In the same year, they also worked at The Downtown Albany Business Improvement District as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator.
Orly Hindi's education history begins with earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Business from the University at Albany, SUNY, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2013, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education, focusing on the field of study for "Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision-Making." Orly Hindi expanded their educational pursuits in 2018 by attending Harvard Business School once again for Executive Education. In July 2019, they successfully completed the PLDA program, becoming an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
