Sonny Y.

Sonny Y. has a strong background in software development and testing. Sonny started their career in 2019 as an Audio Visual Learning Space Steward at The University of British Columbia, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined PAI Health as a Software Engineer in Test, gaining valuable experience in testing software systems. Sonny then moved on to Global Relay in 2021, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Sonny also worked at The University of British Columbia again in 2021 as an Audio Visual Learning Space Steward. Currently, Sonny is working at Aquanow as a Junior Software Development Engineer in Test, and will soon transition to the role of a Software Development Engineer in Test.

Sonny Y. completed their secondary education at Britannia Secondary School from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they obtained the IB Diploma from the International Baccalaureate in May 2017. Following their secondary education, Sonny Y. enrolled at The University of British Columbia in 2017. They pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and are expected to complete their degree in 2023.
