Ginny Joyce has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Ginny is currently the Director of Human Resources at Aquaterra Energy since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at NBC Environment from August 2018 to October 2020. Ginny also worked as an HR Consultant at Elytis Ltd from March 2013 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, they were the Head of Human Resources at Bespak from 2002 to 2006 and the Director of Sales, Marketing & Client Services at Quest Diagnostics from 1999 to 2001. Ginny started their career as the Director of Human Resources - Europe at SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, where they built the HR team and policies for the UK business.

Ginny Joyce began their education in 1976 at St Leonards-Mayfield School, where they completed their O & A Levels. Afterward, they attended the University of Leicester from 1983 to 1986, earning a BA Hons degree in Classical Civilisation. Later, in 1991 to 1993, they pursued further education at Kingston University, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Development with a focus on Human Resources.
