Monika Pflicke

Monika Pflicke is an experienced professional in recruitment and contingent workforce management, currently serving as the UK Head of Contingent Division and UK Head of Recruitment at Aquent since December 2013. Monika's expertise includes managing key relationships with major technology companies and ensuring effective delivery of contract headcount and compliance with service level agreements. Prior to Aquent, Monika worked at Kelly Services for over thirteen years, where roles included Recruiter and Recruitment and Compliance Analyst, focusing on cross-border recruitment and compliance. Monika holds a BA (Hons) in Management and Marketing from WSZiB Poznan, along with certifications in HR Management and First Line Management from DPG/CIPD and the Chartered Management Institute.
