Kate Todd Assoc Cipd

Kate Todd, Associate CIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR at AQUILA Air Traffic Management Services, a position held since February 2015. In this role, Kate reports directly to the CEO and focuses on enhancing people practices that align with business strategy while managing a People Budget aimed at engaging employees and improving their experience. Prior to this, Kate was the Executive Projects Assistant at Innovation Group Plc from October 2008 to February 2015, where responsibilities included providing confidential support to executive executives and managing office operations for approximately 100 staff members. Previous positions include PA roles for Richard Haynes and as PA to the Finance Director at New World Financial Solutions Ltd. Kate has a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Administration from the University of Plymouth and A Levels in History, Politics, and Economics from Simon Langton Grammar School for Girls.
