Éanna C. began their career in 2018 as a Research Fellow at CIAT, where they assessed the potential of climate-smart agriculture for reducing air pollution in Southeast Asia. In 2019, they joined ManpowerGroup as a Recruitment Consultant, where they sourced candidates for a number of verticals including Sales, HR, Customer Service and IT. Later that year, they joined Montreal Associates as a Recruitment Consultant - Salesforce Practice (Deutschland), where they worked with clients to identify knowledge gaps, areas of focus and providing market insight in terms of hiring trends, salary insights etc. In 2020, they moved to IT Search and Selection as a Senior Consultant - Salesforce Specialist, providing expert market insight, thought leadership as well as honest and consultative advice to clients and candidates both domestically and internationally. In 2022, Éanna C. began their current role as Global Talent Operations Lead at Aquiva Labs, where they are responsible for recruitment operations, leading a team of recruiters, implementing recruitment protocol, ATS, standardised interview processes, and building a comprehensive hiring plan for the global organisation.
Éanna C. completed a BA in Planning, Geography and Environment at University College Dublin from 2014 to 2017. Éanna then pursued an MSc in Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security at the University of Galway from 2017 to 2018. In December 2022, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy. Additionally, in January 2021, they received ZSA Suicide Awareness Training from Ohana ZERO suicide.
