Freedom P.

Freedom P. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, safety, and wellbeing leadership, currently serving as the Director of Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Ara Institute of Canterbury since October 2020. This role includes enhancing the wellbeing experience for over 8,000 colleagues and students, as well as improving organizational performance through strategic frameworks and risk management. Freedom's experience spans various roles, including Director at 13 Mile Ltd, Capacity Development Advisor at Land Core Group, and Community & Public Health West Coast Lead at Canterbury District Health Board.
