Ahmad Abdallah

Ahmad Abdallah has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure, currently serving as the UAE IT Manager at Arab African International Bank since November 2011. In this role, Ahmad is responsible for digital transformation, ICT infrastructure, IT support, business solutions, vendor management, and telecommunications services for UAE branches. Prior to this position, Ahmad held roles such as IT Incharge and Senior IT Engineer, focusing on managing ICT infrastructure and implementing enterprise solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Data Center Engineer at RBS International, providing IT services for branches in the UAE and South Africa, and as Help Desk Support at CTS, where responsibilities included configuring CISCO routers and maintaining Citrix servers. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with a minor in Financial and Banking Sciences from Yarmouk University in Jordan, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
