Youssef El Faramawy

Youssef El Faramawy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple years and industries. Youssef has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Head of Enterprise Data Dictionary & Business Glossary at Arab African International Bank since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Business Data Management and Analytics at Banque du Caire from 2020 to 2022, where they set transformation strategies for retail analytics and reporting and managed MIS teams. Youssef also worked as an Expert BI/MIS and Retail Risk Reporting Manager at Credit Agricole Egypt from 2017 to 2020, and as a Professional BI and Risk Analyst at ALEXBANK in 2017. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior BI and Data Warehousing Developer at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait from 2015 to 2017, a Business Intelligence Developer at Piraeus Bank from 2011 to 2015, a Project Management Consultant at Saudi Construction Company (SCC) from 2010 to 2011, and an EDMS Consultant at Compu Serve in 2010. Youssef's work experience showcases their expertise in business intelligence, data management, analytics, and project management.

Youssef El Faramawy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from Helwan University Cairo, from 2005 to 2009. Youssef also completed their high school education at Rawdat Al-Ma'aref National School in Jeddah, KSA from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Youssef has obtained several certifications in different areas such as Retail Banking, Retail Credit Risk, Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server, Managing and controlling project related activities using Primavera, Advanced Web Application Technologies with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Core Web Application Technologies with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Programming with C#, Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Transact-SQL, and Adobe Macromedia Flash.
