Amr Hassan, CMA has over 20 years of work experience in the finance and accounting field. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Commercial International Bank, where they prepared and analyzed financial statements. Amr then joined Arab Bank PLC - Egypt in 1999 as a Financial Reporting Senior Officer, where they represented the financial department in various committees and prepared regulatory reports. In 2006, Amr joined the Central Bank of Egypt as a Service Development Manager, responsible for upgrading and restructuring the finance department and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Amr also implemented various financial systems and reengineered accounting processes. Amr briefly worked at Tone Star Consulting in London in 2008, providing business process services for finance, accounting, control, and compliance. In the same year, they joined Arab Bank PLC - Qatar as a Financial Controller, where they managed finance, accounting, and regulatory matters. In 2012, Amr joined Boubyan Bank as a Senior Manager of Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing budgeting, financial performance reporting, and analysis. Amr then moved to Arab Bank as the Head of Finance in Qatar in 2013, where they acted as a business expert on finance and accounting matters, provided financial advice, and supported strategic decision-making.

Amr Hassan, CMA, holds a Diploma in Accounting from The American University in Cairo, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Amr also has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. In 2017, Amr obtained the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) certification from the Certified Management Accountant institution.
