Mohamed Khairat

Mohamed Khairat has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Mohamed is currently working as the Head of Retail Risk Quality Assurance at Arab Investment Bank. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Retail Credit Risk Assessment at aiBANK from 2018 to 2023. Mohamed also served as the Retail Credit Manager at First Abu Dhabi Bank from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they worked at National Bank of Abu Dhabi as a Retail Credit Manager, where they managed and supervised retail risk activities. Mohamed was also responsible for reviewing and evaluating credit applications and ensuring compliance with credit approval criteria. From 2009 to 2015, Mohamed worked at Emirates NBD as an Assistant Manager in the Retail Credit Risk division. Their role involved leading a group of credit risk analysts and reviewing credit files for retail banking products. Prior to this, they were a Retail Credit Risk Assistant Manager at BNP Paribas from 2007 to 2012, where they reviewed and approved credit applications and checked the validity of documents and data provided by applicants. Mohamed started their career as a Retail Sales Officer at Citi in 2006.
