Ghaleb al-Ghoutani

Ghaleb Al-Ghoutani's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Premier Recruitment. Ghaleb then became the General Manager - Sourcing, where they directed recruitment efforts for major GCC corporations. In 2008, Ghaleb joined Kinan International for Real Estate Development as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing all aspects of the recruiting function.

In 2009, Ghaleb joined Rawabi Holding Group and held various roles, including Talent Acquisition & Organization Development Unit Head and Group Organizational Development Head. In these positions, they spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of diverse organizational development initiatives and programs. Ghaleb also managed relations with external consultants, ensured the optimization of business performance through organizational design and alignment, and provided oversight of all development activities.

Since 2020, Ghaleb has been working for Arabian Machinery & Heavy Equipment Co. as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Ghaleb is currently responsible for leading the company's strategic initiatives.

Ghaleb Al-Ghoutani completed their education at the University of Hull, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development. Ghaleb attended this university until 2016. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Systems at The Open University Business School.
