Florencia Thomas has held a variety of roles in the marketing and communication industry since 2001. Florencia began their career at CCR S.A. as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas Senior, where they conducted market research for national and multinational companies and analyzed the macro and micro markets. Florencia then moved to Unilever as Jefe Consumer & Market Insight Regional LatAm, where they led, analyzed and implemented Consumer Insight and determined the Brand Concept. Following this, they worked at Insights by Kantar as Directora de Proyectos . Consumer & Retail, where they directed quantitative projects for the mass consumer market, recommended methods and studies according to the client's needs, and led and coordinated projects, analysis and market research. From 2011 to 2017, they were Responsable de Marketing at Garantizar, where they designed campaigns, supervised the performance of advertising campaigns and tracked the acquisition of partners, and managed and recommended ROI for business growth. Florencia then moved to Rich Products Corporation as Lider de Marketing, where they led the Marketing area for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, defining strategy for channel and product development, launching new products, and developing marketing plans. In 2021, they joined Aracar Group as Head of Marketing, and in 2022, they became Head of Marketing & Communication at Magoya.
