Karla Buitron

Karla Buitron has been employed in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Secretary at Unidad de Apoyo Psicopedagogico, where they handled the agenda of doctors and psicopedagogos, attended to customers via phone and email, and managed payments and collections. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Comercializadora Okandeniye, where they handled accounts receivable and accounts payable, and attended to customer sales. Since 2018, they have been employed at Aracar Group in three roles: Back Office, Member of the Operations Team in the Insurance Sector, and Online Commercial Advisor. In their Back Office role, they provided support to dealers, agencies, and commercializers, managed Nosis and Aracar Group's own system, and acted as a liaison between the commercial area and other company areas. In their Operations Team role, they attended to customer inquiries and issues, updated data in the car insurance system, requested and uploaded data in the system, and supported customers with documentation, complaints, and insurance claims. In their Online Commercial Advisor role, they attended to customer inquiries and issues, sold and closed (disbursed credit) the PRENDA RÁPIDA product, requested and uploaded data in the company's own system, and prepared loan documents.

Karla Buitron completed their Técnico Superior Universitario in Electromedicina from Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda in 2014. Karla also holds certifications from the SENA in Técnicas de comunicación en el Nivel Técnico Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (obtained in April 2014), Medical Electronik in Medición Componentes Eléctricos, Electrónicos (obtained in November 2012), Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira in II Jornada en Electromedicina (obtained in October 2012), SENA in Manejo de Herramientas Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (obtained in September 2010), and Universidad de los Andes in I Congreso en Técnicos Radiodiagnóstico e Imagenologia (obtained in June 2009).
