Dashawnda Brown, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and customer service within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships-Sports & Entertainment at Aramark since November 2021, Dashawnda previously held key leadership positions such as VP of Suite Service and VP of Corporate Hospitality at Madison Square Garden, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service initiatives, managing multi-million dollar business operations, and driving improvements in client retention and satisfaction. Earlier experience includes directing corporate relations for UNCF, achieving significant fundraising goals, and managing VIP access and customer experience for Nets Basketball. Dashawnda began a career in sales at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, consistently exceeding performance targets. Dashawnda holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from Tuskegee University.
