Kendra MacDonald's work experience begins in 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright. Kendra later became a Corporate Associate, advising clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions. During their time at Norton Rose Fulbright, Kendra was also seconded to Santander UK plc's corporate legal team, where they worked on mergers and acquisitions and a re-structuring project. In 2014, Kendra joined Vodafone as a Corporate Solicitor, providing advice on M&A transactions and financing. After that, they worked at Reed Smith LLP as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate. Their responsibilities included legal counsel and support in various capacities. Most recently, Kendra began working at Aramco Trading as the Chief Counsel and Company Secretary.

Kendra MacDonald began their education journey in 2004 at the University of Leeds, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Kendra dedicated herself to their studies until 2007, when they successfully completed their undergraduate program. Later, in 2007, they joined BBP Law School, where they focused on acquiring a Legal Practice Course (LPC) certification. Their time at BBP Law School ended in 2008, marking the completion of their education in this field.
