Waleed El-Helw

Waleed El-Helw serves as the Global Head of Talent and Development at Aramex since January 2022, leading talent strategies for a global workforce of 17,000 across 70 countries. Prior to this role, Waleed spent a decade at The Coca-Cola Company, where contributions included heading HR for the MENA Business Unit, achieving a 70% succession hit rate for critical roles, and launching key diversity initiatives that increased female representation in leadership positions. Waleed's career also includes significant HR roles at GE, PepsiCo, and Nestlé, emphasizing talent development and organizational effectiveness. Waleed holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo and a degree in Arts from Mansoura University, alongside various professional education from Hult Ashridge and Crotonville Alumni.
