Gautam Kumud

Gautam Kumud has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gautam began their career as a Finance Executive at Subba Microsystems Pvt. Ltd in 1999. Gautam then worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Consortium Teleworking Pvt Ltd for a year before joining Regal Information Technology as a Quality Analyst. In 2002, Gautam joined EMR Technology Ventures as a Team Leader and stayed there until 2005. Gautam then moved to MPS Technologies (A Macmillan Company) as a Manager-Operations for a brief period. Gautam joined MPS Ltd. (A Macmillan Company) in 2007, where they served as a Service Delivery Leader until 2009. Gautam was later promoted to Deputy General Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Gautam joined MPS Limited as an Associate Vice President & Business Head, responsible for BPO & Fulfillment. Over the next few years, they held several senior roles at MPS Limited, including Vice President & Business Head of Customer Services & Operational Excellence, Vice President & Business Head of MPS Technologies, Fulfillment, Learning & New Media Services & CoOE, and Vice President - O2C/Supply Chain/Customer Services, Corporate Affairs, and Center of Excellence. Gautam joined Aranca in 2016 as the Business Head of Gurgaon Operations & Special Projects.

Gautam Kumud's education history reveals that they completed their Post Graduate degree in Finance from Panjab University from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they pursued a diploma in Web-centric Curriculum with a focus on Software Development from NIIT. Later in 2009, Gautam obtained a Certified Green Belt degree in Six Sigma from Indian Statistical Institute.
