Freddy Gerardo Ordóñez García is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary projects within the industrial Cooling and Heating sector, currently serving at ARANER since February 2024. Prior to this, Freddy held the position of Senior Project Manager & MAC Lead at CBRE Colombia, where oversight of 76 facility management projects for CitiBank across Latin America and the Caribbean was conducted, achieving a 25% improvement in KPIs. Freddy's experience also includes leading PMO initiatives at Sodexo, project management roles at PROCOL PROYECTOS DE COLOMBIA SAS, and managerial positions at Disproel S.A. and DAYLOS, C.A. Freddy holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar, an MBA from Universidad Católica de Ávila, and a specialization in Engineering Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
